Jim Manasco and his daughter Jamie Dawn Williams have formed TEAM MANASCO. Working as a Team, they can efficiently help with all of your Real Estate needs. They are both life long residents of Johnson County and have a real love of the area.
Jim Manasco became a Realtor in 1978. He joined the Coldwell Banker Bob King Realty Home Team in 1997. He has been a consistent Multi Million dollar producer since that time, receiving yearly production awards from the Johnson County Association of Realtors and Coldwell Banker for listing and sales.
Jamie Dawn Williams became a Realtor in 2006 and joined Jim in the business. Jamie Dawn recently received her GRI designation and enjoys all aspects of listing and selling properties.
Together, they have had great success in selling residential, farms, ranches, acreage, and commercial properties.
Jim is a member of the Cleburne Rotary Club. Jim and Jamie are members of the Johnson County Association of Realtors, Cleburne Chamber of Commerce and Cleburne Economic Development.
